	With pinless dialing you don't have to dial your PIN for every call you make. When you want to make a call from your registered numbers, simply dial the access number and the number you want to call. No PIN needed!

2.	Automatic Refill
	When your balance is low, you can choose to manually or automatically refill your calling card. With automatic refill, you can set a low limit when your PIN will be refilled with the amount you choose. This way you make sure you always have enough minutes whenever you need to place an important call.

3.	How long does it take to get an account?"
	Your account is activated immediately, once you enter your personal information. You will be able to use your PIN number within minutes after receiving the order details by email

4.	Will I receive a phone bill?
	No, this is a prepaid service. You will pay in advance and will never receive a bill for the calls you place using your phone card.

5.	Do I receive my physical phone card in the mail?"
	No, we will send you Pin number through email mail.

6.	Can I use your service from my mobile phone?
	You can use your calling card with any phone device including mobile phone and public phone as well as your home phone. You will benefit from rates up to 80% lower than the ones offered by your regular cellular provider.

7.	Can I see my account history on the web?
	You can always view your account history by logging into your account.

8.	Can anyone call me from abroad?
	Yes. You should first give them your PIN. The person calling from abroad then dials the global access number that corresponds to the country they are calling from, enters the PIN, and then dials your phone number as though they were calling from the U.S. (e.g. 1 + (area code) + (phone number)).

9.	I am a new customer, how can I buy phone card/calling cards?
	If you are a new customer you need to sign up with us to creat a account with us. You will be able to purchase phone cards immediately.

10.	What's CityReward?
	A customer will receive a $5 towards their next purchase for every $100.00 they spend from CallingCity including all recharge, auto recharge and non-recharge purchases. The $100.00 threshold excludes all taxes and amounts purchased using coupons, discounts or other promotions.
